Upset stomach and very gassy Is it OK to take an antacid?
I think I got an upset stomach due to some antibiotics, which might have irritated it.

An antacid would not actually aid. It really is for acid reflux (heartburn).

yeah, you can take an antacid. it will not help with your gas though, you want gas medicine for that.
